Senior Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead client relationships for a portfolio of 8‑12 enterprise and growth‑stage accounts at BX Studio, a fast‑growing digital agency. The role is fully remote and focuses on retention, revenue expansion, and strategic partnership with marketing leaders and founders.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary trusted advisor for assigned accounts, building deep business understanding.
• Own renewal negotiations and all upsell/cross‑sell activities, driving revenue growth.
• Identify, scope, and pitch expansion opportunities aligned with client goals.
• Ensure a seamless client experience from sales hand‑off through ongoing delivery.
• Proactively resolve delivery issues and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and specialists to translate goals into actionable roadmaps.
• Work with leadership on pricing, packaging, and account‑growth strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of account, project, or customer‑success management in a digital agency environment.
• Proven track record of building trusted advisor relationships and achieving high retention rates.
• Experience managing renewals, budgets, ROI discussions, and contract terms.
• Strong background in web design, development, and SEO projects.
• Interest in shaping account‑management processes and playbooks.
