Security Analyst

About the role

Nulogy is seeking a detail‑oriented Security Analyst to join its Information Security team. Reporting to the Director of Risk & Compliance, the role sits at the intersection of security operations, IT and governance, helping to monitor the health of internal systems, support IT functions and maintain compliance policies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor internal networks, endpoints and infrastructure for anomalies, threats and suspicious activity.
• Investigate and triage security alerts from SIEM, EDR and other monitoring tools.
• Conduct regular vulnerability scans and report findings.
• Track and escalate incidents according to the incident response plan.
• Maintain dashboards and KPI reports on the organization’s security posture.
• Provide backup support for core IT functions during high‑demand periods or staff absences.
• Assist with user provisioning, access management, device configuration and patch management.
• Document security operations and IT procedures for the internal knowledge base.
• Help develop, review and update security policies and standards.

Required profile

• Proactive professional comfortable shifting between threat monitoring, IT support and compliance activities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve security incidents.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with IT, risk and business teams.
• Commitment to fostering a stronger security culture within the organization.

Required skills

• Experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms.
• Familiarity with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools.
• Ability to run and interpret vulnerability scanning tools.
