Seasonal Labourer – Yard Operations

About the role

RCI, a division of Park Paving Ltd., is looking for a reliable Labourer to join its yard team on a full‑time seasonal basis. You will work outdoors in a fast‑paced environment, supporting daily yard operations and ensuring smooth traffic flow.

Key responsibilities

• Direct truck traffic entering and leaving the yard safely.
• Inspect loads to confirm they meet RCI material criteria.
• Interact with customers and provide courteous service.
• Perform routine yard maintenance, including grass cutting, garbage removal, and general organization.
• Assist with general labour tasks as needed, including operating a front‑end loader when trained.

Required profile

• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labour for extended periods.
• Hard‑working, polite demeanor and a safety‑first mindset.
• Willingness to pass a medical/fitness exam.

Required skills

• Experience with yard maintenance and organization (preferred).
