About the role
Liferaft, a remote‑first software company focused on security intelligence, is looking for a Sales Development Representative to fuel pipeline growth for its enterprise sales team. Working closely with Account Executives, you will create new opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting and strategic follow‑up.
Key responsibilities
- Generate qualified pipeline within strategically targeted enterprise accounts.
- Execute multi‑channel outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and sales engagement platforms.
- Research target organizations to understand business context, stakeholders, and use cases.
- Build account intelligence to personalize outreach and improve engagement.
- Identify and engage multiple stakeholders to create new sales opportunities.
- Re‑engage dormant or previously closed opportunities when priorities shift.
- Support prospecting ahead of conferences, customer travel, and strategic in‑person meetings.
- Provide timely, structured follow‑up after events and prospect interactions.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with a curious and persistent mindset.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced SaaS environment and collaborating with experienced enterprise sellers.
- Willingness to work hybrid in Halifax or Atlantic Canada, with flexibility for remote work.
