About the role
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive B2B partnership growth remotely. You will own the end‑to‑end lead generation process, from prospect identification to qualification, and work closely with our recruitment team to align partnership goals.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and qualify potential B2B partners through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and multi‑channel sequencing.
- Build and maintain strong lead pipelines using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM tools.
- Design and execute targeted email sequences and outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct calls with company contacts, handling objections related to data sharing and compensation models.
- Vet prospects against partnership criteria and shortlist high‑potential companies for further engagement.
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Lead to share market insights and align partnership requirements.
Required profile
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive, rapport‑building style.
- Proven expertise in cold calling, outbound lead generation, and B2B business development.
- Confidence in handling objections, especially around complex compensation or data models.
