About the role

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, tidy, fully stocked, and correctly priced sales area.
• Ensure products are in perfect condition and readily available.
• Analyze sales space capacities using system parameters to optimise stock levels.
• Continuously learn product features and benefits to provide accurate advice.
• Approach customers proactively, ask the right questions, and recommend solutions for their homes.

Required profile

• Passion for customers and confidence in polite, friendly interactions.
• Enthusiasm for promoting all IKEA services to enhance the shopping experience.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service.
