Sales Associate – Luxury Fashion

About the role

Join Holt Renfrew’s luxury boutique team as a Sales Associate for the Boucheron brand. You will build lasting relationships with discerning clients, driving sales and loyalty in a fashion‑forward environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Achieve and exceed sales and service targets through proactive client acquisition and retention.
• Maintain a loyal client base by communicating regularly via phone, email and digital channels about events, new merchandise and personal milestones.
• Participate in product knowledge, vendor and internal training sessions.
• Execute floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes and other sales support tasks.
• Resolve customer service issues and collaborate with management on escalations.
• Adhere to health, safety, privacy and cyber‑security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years of commission‑based luxury retail experience.
• Consistently strong sales performance with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
• Active presence on social media platforms to promote personal fashion influence.
• Ability to leverage technology to nurture client relationships and drive new acquisitions.
• Deep knowledge of current and emerging fashion trends across all merchandise categories.
