Sales Advisor – Fashion Retail

About the role

As a Sales Advisor you will be the face of the store, welcoming customers and guiding them through a seamless shopping experience. You will use your fashion knowledge to advise shoppers, promote the brand’s collections, and support store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, greeting and assisting shoppers throughout the store and omni‑channel touchpoints.
• Promote and sell fashion products, the Hello Member loyalty app, and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain garment care, refilling, steaming, and visual merchandising according to brand guidelines.
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas following best practices.
• Ensure clean, tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house areas, including stockrooms.
• Support opening and closing procedures and adhere to health & safety regulations.

Required profile

• Passionate about fashion and up‑to‑date with current trends.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets.
