About the role
The Sales Activator is responsible for driving excellent trade execution across the market in partnership with the local Distribution Partner. This role focuses on expanding Red Bull’s presence in retail and impulse accounts, securing new distribution, and ensuring merchandising standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Execute Red Bull Perfect Store conditions to win against competition.
- Open new accounts and increase the number of rooftops purchasing directly from Red Bull.
- Sell additional points of distribution to improve in‑store brand presence.
- Enroll independent accounts into the Volume Incentive Program and monitor compliance.
- Plan and lead seasonal trade‑blitzes to capture peak volume opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Distribution Partner to align daily, weekly and monthly priorities.
- Leverage data to provide insights and act as a trusted advisor to key customers.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the consumer goods industry, preferably beverages.
- Experience leading and motivating distribution partners.
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and trade‑marketing strategies.
- University Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fluency in French and English preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Windows operating system.
- Microsoft Word.
- Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Microsoft Excel.
