Retail Team Lead – Store Operations

About the role

Kiokii is expanding its presence in North America with a new store at Guildford Town Centre. We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Team Lead to set the standard for sales excellence and customer service, guiding associates to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist store management in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflows.
• Provide clear direction, support, and on‑the‑job training to store associates.
• Maintain store conditions to meet company standards and health & safety regulations.
• Support staffing efforts in line with business needs.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
• Drive sales performance by meeting store targets and key metrics.
• Assist with store opening, setup, and merchandising activities.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for the Asian beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lb.
• Knowledge of retail store operations, merchandising, and customer service standards.
