About the role
Retail Compliance Auditors visit assigned stores, pose as regular customers, attempt a small purchase, observe if staff request valid ID for age‑restricted products, and submit a short online report after each visit.
Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned locations posing as a regular customer.
- Attempt to make a small purchase.
- Observe whether staff request valid ID.
- Submit a short online report after each visit.
Required profile
- Valid government‑issued photo ID proving legal age.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to follow instructions and be discreet.
