Restoration Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to lead our fast‑growing team of restoration and after‑disaster professionals. You will coordinate fire and flood restoration projects, manage insurance claims, and oversee renovation work from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, lead and control all aspects of emergency/restoration and renovation projects, including scoping, sketching, estimating and budgeting.
• Coordinate resources, communicate with insured parties and adjusters, and deliver timely estimates.
• Prepare accurate work quotations while meeting target profit margins.
• Provide exceptional customer service and forecast logistics for each project.
• Review progress and work‑quality deliverables, ensuring standards are met.
• Develop business relationships with adjusters and property managers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on financial results.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience managing construction or renovation projects.
• Minimum 3 years working directly within the insurance industry on emergency services, fire and flood restoration.
• Proven ability to manage, coach and mentor crew members.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Valid driver’s licence.

• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
