About the role
Brunch Glory is looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and drive profitability in a fast‑paced Edmonton location.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and develop budgets to boost and maintain restaurant profits, covering food, ingredients, alcohol, and supplies.
- Monitor staff performance, set work schedules, and oversee a team of 11‑15 employees.
- Plan and organize daily operations, balance cash, complete balance sheets and cash reports.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Accurate, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Reliable team player with a client‑focused mindset.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast‑paced environment that involves standing for extended periods.
