Reservations Agent – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Join Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, a luxury mountain resort in the Canadian Rockies, as a Reservations Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests seeking accommodation, providing professional and friendly service across multiple market segments.

Key responsibilities

• Answer reservation, rate, and hotel information inquiries via phone, fax, and email.
• Book rooms for leisure, business, conference, corporate, and wholesale guests.
• Enter and maintain reservation data in the Central Reservations System and Opera Property Management System.
• Issue accurate reservation confirmations and monitor inventory to maximize revenue.
• Support the Fairmont Global Reservations Centre and communicate promotions to operational teams.
• Process cashier paperwork and adhere to LQA standards and grooming policy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in front office, reservations, or sales.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and fluent English communication.
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
• Flexible schedule with weekend availability.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and teamwork skills.
