Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Lead – Canada

About the role

The Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Lead will drive the execution, governance and continuous improvement of Accenture Canada’s RAP. Reporting to the Indigenous Strategy Executive Sponsor, the role ensures that RAP commitments are delivered on time, with measurable impact, and aligned with the broader Indigenous and Inclusion & Diversity strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Canada’s RAP, translating commitments into workplans, milestones and success metrics.
• Provide program and project management oversight for all RAP initiatives, tracking progress, managing risks and reporting to senior leadership.
• Establish and maintain governance forums, reporting structures and alignment with Inclusion & Diversity and business priorities.
• Own the Indigenous talent pipeline strategy, building community partnerships and advising senior leaders on recruiting dynamics.
• Serve as trusted advisor to business units, guiding Indigenous engagement in proposals, client relationships and community events.
• Represent the RAP externally as a spokesperson and thought leader, fostering relationships with internal networks and external Indigenous partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale inclusion, diversity or Indigenous‑focused programs.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management skills with senior leaders, clients and community partners.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic commitments into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and advisory capabilities.
