Python Developer

About the role

Join BRP's central Data & Analytics (DNA) team as a Python Developer. You will help build scalable data pipelines and web applications that power predictive analytics and machine learning across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, scalable data pipelines and web applications.
• Contribute to the creation and deployment of machine‑learning and advanced‑analytics pipelines.
• Apply sound software‑engineering practices, including version control, testing, and documentation.
• Deploy, monitor, and ensure reliability and performance of Python applications in production.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to translate data requirements into robust solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data acquisition and processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional Python development experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL programming.
• Demonstrated ability to write, deploy, and document clean code following best practices.
• Experience maintaining code in production environments.
• Strong independent work ethic combined with effective teamwork.
• Curiosity and a drive for continuous learning.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
