Project Manager – Enterprise Transformation

About the role

KalSoft is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise‑level initiatives from initiation through delivery. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations in both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, handling resource allocation, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and third‑party partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations, providing clear communication and reporting to leadership.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and project reviews when applicable.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, governance materials, and delivery plans.
• Support change management, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of end‑to‑end project delivery experience.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with enterprise transformation or digital modernization projects, preferably in banking or large‑scale IT environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other Agile certifications is a plus.
