About the role

We are seeking a Project Management Specialist to work remotely with AI development teams. The role focuses on providing expert guidance on project planning, resource allocation, and risk management to enhance AI training materials.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with AI development teams to offer insights on project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Develop and review AI training materials that incorporate best practices from diverse industries.
• Translate complex project management scenarios into clear, data‑rich examples for AI model improvement.
• Lead client‑facing interactions and guide technical staff to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Articulate effective team leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder communication for AI learning modules.
• Continuously evaluate and refine AI outputs to maintain relevance, accuracy, and practical value.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end project management experience across multiple industries and project scales.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
• Demonstrated success in team management and leading cross‑functional groups.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities, including resource and budget management.
• Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation, and adaptive planning in evolving project environments.
