Project Coordinator – Construction Projects

About the role

Clearway Group is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning, supervision and execution of construction projects across the Greater Toronto Area. The role assists the Project Manager and Superintendent with administration, field work and communication with clients, engineers and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze specifications and drawings, prepare construction plans, schedules, material takeoffs and purchase orders.
• Monitor on‑site work to ensure compliance with standards, design procedures and building codes.
• Coordinate subcontractor shop‑drawing submittals, additional work pricing and design submissions.
• Maintain project logs (RFIs, RFQs, purchase orders, shop drawings) and keep the team updated on status.
• Assist in creating as‑built documents, maintenance manuals and ensure health & safety documentation is current.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education or college diploma, preferably civil‑engineering related.
• Valid Ontario driver’s licence and legal eligibility to work in Canada.
• Strong planning, organizational and communication skills with ability to meet deadlines.
