Product Manager – Managed North

About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the creation of Cohere’s managed offering. This high‑leverage role helps shape the future of Cohere’s market strategy, leading the launch of a self‑serve version of North for mid‑market companies.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the roadmap and strategy for managed North, balancing near‑term customer needs with long‑term platform investment.
• Partner with GTM teams to test assumptions, validate market needs, and iterate based on customer feedback.
• Engage directly with customers and developers to understand integration challenges and surface unmet needs.
• Define success metrics for platform health and developer experience, and lead initiatives to improve them.
• Collaborate with engineering, research, technical writing, and developer relations to ship and document platform improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a B2B SaaS product.
• Proven ability to treat infrastructure as a product and translate system‑level capabilities into differentiated customer‑facing features.
• Entrepreneurial experience taking new products to market and working with multi‑tenant or dedicated deployment models.
• Analytical mindset: define success metrics before building, instrument thoughtfully, and use data alongside qualitative feedback.
• Strong collaborator who can communicate technical trade‑offs across engineering, design, infrastructure, and GTM teams.
