About the role

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing facility. The role involves overseeing all aspects of plant operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring a safe, compliant work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage plant operations including budgeting, production scheduling and inventory control.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Analyze production costs and inventory data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, regulatory and company policies.
• Examine processes and design plans to optimise resource utilisation.
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in plant management and manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical abilities and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, management and supervisory skills.
