About the role

The Pharmacy Director will provide strategic leadership for pharmacy services across BCHS’s two hospital sites in Brantford and Paris, Ontario. This senior role is responsible for ensuring safe, high‑quality medication management and supporting the overall mission to lead beyond care.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy operations at both Brantford General Hospital and the Willett in Paris.
• Ensure compliance with provincial and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Oversee medication safety, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical pharmacy services.
• Manage pharmacy budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in pharmacy practice.
