Part‑time Elementary School Tutor (After‑school)

About the role

Oxford Learning is seeking enthusiastic part‑time tutors to work with elementary students (Kindergarten to Grade 7) at its learning centres in Clayton Heights and Grandview Heights. You will coach up to three students at a time, following the centre’s pre‑planned curriculum and teaching philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Teach and support up to three students simultaneously during after‑school and Saturday sessions.
• Follow Oxford Learning’s methodologies and complete post‑lesson notes.
• Provide daily communication updates to students and parents.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and engaging classroom atmosphere.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in a relevant field (students and high‑school seniors are also considered).
• Experience tutoring or teaching elementary‑level students (Kindergarten‑Grade 7) is preferred.
• Strong English written and oral communication skills.
• Reliability, ability to multitask, and willingness to work evenings (3 pm‑8 pm) Monday‑Friday and Saturday mornings (9 am‑12 pm).
