About the role
Join Best Buy’s retail team as a part‑time Customer Service Representative, also known as an omni‑channel specialist. You will be the friendly face that helps customers complete purchases, returns, trade‑ins and more while delivering a seamless checkout experience.
Key responsibilities
- Create an amazing customer experience at the checkout or service counter.
- Answer customer questions and share product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate store signage and correctly label open‑box items.
- Keep shelves and displays well‑stocked and organized.
- Complete pre‑opening and post‑closing tasks as required.
Required profile
- Enthusiasm for assisting customers.
