Overnight Forklift Driver

About the role

Lululemon is seeking an Overnight Forklift Driver to support its Global Distribution team. The role works the night shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM) in a warehouse environment, ensuring merchandise moves efficiently through the distribution center.

Key responsibilities

• Operate electric powered industrial trucks (order picker, reach truck, rider jack, sit‑down forklift) to pick, pull, stack, and move boxes up to 50 lb.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Support multiple departments as needed, including receiving, returns, picking, packing, shipping, and value‑added services.
• Follow all safety policies, wear required personal protective equipment, and adhere to lean warehouse practices.
• Complete non‑driving tasks assigned by leadership, such as inventory movement and general warehouse duties.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience operating an Order Picker (Cherry Picker); Reach Truck or forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Forklift Certification.
• Comfort working at heights and using fall‑protection equipment.
• Strong attendance record and ability to lift up to 50 lb repeatedly.
