Oracle Payroll Lead

About the role

Accenture is seeking an Oracle Payroll Lead to help clients transform their payroll processes using Oracle technologies. You will work in a digitally driven, innovation‑led environment, guiding customers through the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Payroll solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in understanding and redesigning business processes to leverage Oracle Payroll.
• Identify strategies, risks, and options, and recommend optimal implementation approaches.
• Lead project workstreams, configure Oracle Payroll modules, and ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align solution architecture with client goals.
• Provide guidance on best practices, testing, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Oracle Payroll or related Oracle HCM solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to address complex business challenges.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire project teams and interact with clients.
• Comfortable working in agile environments and managing multiple workstreams.
