Operations Supervisor – Distribution

About the role

The Operations Supervisor will ensure smooth, efficient warehouse operations for DHL Supply Chain. You will lead frontline associates, implement process improvements, and help maintain a safe, productive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of frontline associates, fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Proactively uphold health and safety regulations, promoting heightened safety awareness.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
• Facilitate open communication and collaboration between leadership and associates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 1+ years of operations experience in a lead, supervisor, or management role (preferred).
• 1+ years of logistics industry experience (preferred).
• Experience in staff management, workload planning, objective setting, and strong organizational skills (preferred).
