Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will manage the day‑to‑day operational logistics of our organization, ensuring smooth flow of supplies and materials across departments. This onsite position requires close collaboration with warehouse, production, and other internal teams to support efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics activities.
• Track and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Coordinate activities with other work units, departments, warehouse, and production units.
• Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments.
• Manage traffic flow of supplies and maintain accurate progress reports.
• Requisition, order, and maintain inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies.

Required profile

• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
• 2 to less than 3 years of experience in logistics or related operational roles.
• Ability to work on‑site with no remote option.
