About the role
We are seeking an organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations at our Calgary office. The role involves coordinating office services, managing budgets, and ensuring smooth workflow for our immigration services team.
Key responsibilities
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Coordinate office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, parking, maintenance, and security.
- Assist in preparing the operating budget, maintain inventory controls, and assemble data for periodic reports and correspondence.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in office administration or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and manage a large workload.
- Flexibility, organization, reliability, multitasking ability, and teamwork orientation.
