NetSuite Accountant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Accountant to join NetDynamic Consulting on a contract basis. The role supports ongoing accounting operations and client‑related financial work within the NetSuite ERP environment. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, client‑driven setting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day accounting operations within NetSuite.
• Manage general ledger activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
• Assist with financial cleanup, troubleshooting, and system optimisation in NetSuite.
• Maintain and improve accounting processes and system‑usage best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client accounting needs and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or process gaps.

Required profile

• Based in Canada.
• 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Hands‑on experience with NetSuite.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP preferred).
• Experience with month‑end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• CPA designation or in progress is a plus.
