National Account Manager – Canada

About the role

Dal‑Tile, the largest U.S. manufacturer of tile and natural stone, is seeking a high‑performing National Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for assigned national accounts across Canada. You will build strong relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with national accounts, understand client needs, and align company solutions.
• Conduct in‑person or virtual sales calls, present proposals, quote prices, and close sales.
• Develop and implement account plans and strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Collaborate with the executive team on long‑term strategic initiatives.
• Perform market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and national accounts.
• Provide regular performance updates to leadership and recommend initiatives to enhance the company’s position.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4‑6 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in account management or field sales.
• Strong negotiation, contract management, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• High integrity, discretion with confidential data, and a flexible, team‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
