About the role
Dal‑Tile, the largest U.S. manufacturer of tile and natural stone, is seeking a high‑performing National Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for assigned national accounts across Canada. You will build strong relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with national accounts, understand client needs, and align company solutions.
- Conduct in‑person or virtual sales calls, present proposals, quote prices, and close sales.
- Develop and implement account plans and strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with the executive team on long‑term strategic initiatives.
- Perform market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and national accounts.
- Provide regular performance updates to leadership and recommend initiatives to enhance the company’s position.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4‑6 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in account management or field sales.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
- High integrity, discretion with confidential data, and a flexible, team‑oriented attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
