Mobile Software Developer

About the role

Clio is looking for a Mobile Software Developer to join its fast‑growing engineering team. The role focuses on building innovative mobile and web solutions for legal professionals, with a hybrid work model that requires a minimum of two days per week on‑site at one of the Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto hubs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a cross‑functional team to solve complex problems and deliver elegant solutions for Clio customers.
• Work in an Agile environment alongside full‑stack developers on a variety of projects.
• Utilise a wide range of technologies, continuously learn new tools, and challenge yourself.
• Participate in diverse projects and coordinate with engineering teams across three countries.
• Review and provide feedback on peer code both within the team and across the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing mobile and web applications at scale.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and thrive in a distributed‑team environment.
• Demonstrated mentorship experience and a growth mindset for process improvement.
• Strong communication skills and a track record of successful project delivery.
