MERN Stack Developer – Full‑Stack Web Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer to join our development team and create modern, responsive web applications. The role involves full‑stack development using the MERN technology stack and close collaboration with designers and backend engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop responsive and user‑friendly web applications using React.js.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js.
• Design, implement, and manage MongoDB databases.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver high‑quality applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code.
• Debug, test, and optimise application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and agile development processes.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and services.
• Ensure application security and data‑protection best practices.
• Support deployment and ongoing maintenance activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Understanding of the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
• Basic understanding of Git and version control.
• Knowledge of responsive web design principles.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
