Meeting & Events Coordinator – International Resorts

About the role

As a Meeting & Events Coordinator you will be the main point of contact for groups visiting Club Med resorts, ensuring that every event runs smoothly and exceeds guest expectations. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to design and deliver memorable experiences across our villages worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome groups, present internal and external resort events, and propose additional services.
• Develop detailed program plans based on client wishes, including meeting room setups, catering, and activity bookings.
• Host decision‑makers during planning visits and prepare comprehensive reports for sales offices.
• Prepare supporting documents such as welcome letters, posters, restaurant reservations, and other event materials.
• Update the resort’s computer system with any changes to stay length, transport, or service requirements.
• Ensure smooth operation of events, regularize accounts, and collaborate with kitchen, bar, restaurant, sports, and entertainment teams.
• Maintain compliance with Club Med health and safety standards and protect resort assets.
