Marketing Supervisor – West Region (1‑year contract)

About the role

The Marketing Supervisor (West) will work directly for McDonald’s in partnership with Cossette Vancouver on a 1‑year contract. The role drives marketing projects across the western region, ensuring brand consistency, legal compliance and measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing projects, create communication briefs and provide strategic feedback on multi‑channel campaigns.
• Manage internal review and approval processes to meet brand and legal standards.
• Collaborate with Ops, Deployment, Supply Chain and Legal teams for seamless campaign execution.
• Use consumer and business insights to identify sales‑driving opportunities.
• Streamline the LRM West portfolio by building reusable frameworks and maintaining a best‑practice playbook.
• Act as primary project manager for local activations and regional accelerators.
• Analyze program performance with the BI team to optimise spend.
• Manage market‑share and HOT‑score analysis, oversee the 90‑day marketing calendar and prepare RMF meeting decks.
• Provide social‑media consultancy to restaurant teams, including training, monthly calendar creation and Meta relationship management.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in social‑media marketing and community management.
• Strong presentation and training skills for franchisee audiences.
• Excellent written communication and ability to translate metrics into business insights.

Required skills

• Facebook (Meta Business Suite) proficiency.
• Ads Manager expertise.
