About the role
The Manufacturing Production Associate works on the day shift to produce high‑quality interior millwork components. You will operate equipment, monitor product quality, and support continuous improvement on the shop floor.
Key responsibilities
- Operate power saws, nail guns and other production equipment safely.
- Monitor machine performance to ensure consistent product quality and reduce scrap.
- Inspect finished parts and maintain accurate production documentation.
- Assist other areas during machine downtime and keep the work area clean.
- Stack and lift finished products following spacing and height guidelines.
- Read and follow all Safe Work Practices and procedures.
Required profile
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.
- Strong punctuality and attendance record.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to Metrie Canada quality standards.
- Capability to stand for long periods in a dusty, paint‑filled environment.
