Manager, Technology Account Management

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Technology Account Management to lead the delivery of technology and operational services for its North American market customers. In this customer‑facing position you will build, grow and manage the technological relationship with key issuing, acquiring and processing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve day‑to‑day technical and operational issues and support delivery projects.
• Identify and deliver on customer and Mastercard business objectives and opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and Mastercard representatives.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams such as Sales, Marketing and Product to develop and implement new products or technology enhancements.
• Establish and maintain relationships with executive‑level contacts on both sides.
• Drive business growth through portfolio optimisation, emerging technologies and process improvements.
• Analyse and improve customer operational performance and profitability (e.g., chargebacks, authorisations).
• Coordinate training and communication of operational enhancements.
• Contribute to account planning and prioritise strategic objectives with internal and customer partners.
• Ensure customer compliance with Mastercard technology updates.
• Execute project initiatives and produce quantitative and qualitative reports.
• Relay customer feedback to Product Management to improve offerings.
