Manager - Capital Projects Advisory

About the role

As a Manager in the Infrastructure & Capital Projects Advisory team, you will partner with public and private sector clients to shape, evaluate, and execute large‑scale capital initiatives. You will apply Deloitte’s governance, people, process, technology, and data frameworks to help clients mitigate risk and deliver value across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define, evaluate, plan and prepare major infrastructure and capital projects for clients.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, communications and reporting for complex mega‑projects.
• Provide independent oversight through project/contract reviews, assessments and audits.
• Advise senior executives and boards on strategy, digital transformation and analytics implementation.
• Support business development, proposals and client acquisition initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in infrastructure, capital projects, or related advisory services.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management and performance measurement.
• Excellent communication skills for senior‑level stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment.
