Carpenter – Residential Renovation

About the role

We are seeking a skilled carpenter to join our residential renovation projects in Toronto. The role involves hands‑on construction work, estimating, and site coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare labour and material cost estimates and tenders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches.
• Create layout plans complying with building codes.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join wood, wood substitutes and lightweight steel.
• Install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware.
• Schedule and coordinate work on site and supervise other workers.

Required profile

• 2 to less than 3 years of carpentry experience.
• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle for regular travel.
• Accurate, reliable, punctual and client‑focused.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a team.
