About the role
As a Live Chat Support Agent you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance through our online chat platform. You will deliver timely, professional support, helping to resolve inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to products and services.
- Provide accurate information about offerings and guide customers through processes.
- Document interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to maintain high service quality.
- Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a helpful attitude.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles.
- Strong written communication and typing skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Empathetic, adaptable and problem‑solving mindset.
Required skills
- Familiarity with live chat software.
- Experience using CRM systems.
