Join Banh Mi Boys as a Line Cook in a busy Toronto restaurant. You will work in a fast‑paced environment preparing a variety of dishes while ensuring high standards of food safety and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, including options for customers with allergies or intolerances.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by cleaning kitchen and work areas.
Required profile
- Dependable and reliable team player with strong oral communication.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail, good time‑management and initiative.
- Flexibility to work evenings, shifts, weekends and on‑call as needed.
