Legal Reviewer – Remote Contract (up to $28/hr)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Legal Reviewer to join our team on a contract basis. You will work 10‑40 hours per week, providing expert contract analysis, legal research, and support for litigation and regulatory matters.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough contract review, drafting, and negotiation to optimize business outcomes while managing risk.
• Perform in‑depth legal research and case analysis, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support litigation and dispute resolution by preparing documentation and assisting internal and external counsel.
• Assess regulatory compliance and contribute to due diligence for corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Design system prompts and rubrics for legal applications, ensuring accuracy in multi‑turn conversational workflows.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professional ethics in all communications.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in legal principles, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong contract review and negotiation abilities across diverse legal domains.
• Experience in case analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence.
• Hands‑on experience supporting litigation and dispute resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
