Junior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

RoleNetNow is looking for a motivated Junior Full Stack Engineer to join its fast‑growing, remote‑first team. You will work end‑to‑end on features that power modern B2B credit and payments, collaborating closely with senior engineers, product managers, and designers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy new features used by credit and finance teams across North America.
• Contribute to both frontend (React) and backend (Python) components of the platform.
• Support infrastructure improvements on GCP to ensure reliable and secure scaling.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, operations, and customer teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (graduation year 2026 or earlier for new grads).
• Internship, co‑op, or prior professional experience building software.
• Experience building and shipping web applications through internships, research, or substantial side projects.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and basic system design.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote‑first, collaborative environment.
