Junior Back-End Developer

About the role

Analyticsmart is seeking a Junior Back-End Developer to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of backend systems that power our analytics, CRM, AI, and merchandising platforms. You will collaborate with product teams, leadership, and other developers to deliver scalable, reliable services for both web and mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.
• Assist with database design, development, and maintenance (MySQL, MS SQL Server).
• Support API integrations and ensure smooth frontend connectivity.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities.
• Document technical solutions and platform improvements.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–2 years of backend development experience.
• Strong willingness to learn and good problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

• Node.js and JavaScript frameworks.
• MySQL or MS SQL Server database fundamentals.
• RESTful API design and integration.
• Git and version‑control workflows.
• Basic exposure to cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript concepts.
