IT Support Specialist

About the role

Leads.io is looking for an IT Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for all IT‑related matters. You will assist colleagues with system administration, support external clients through API integrations, and help bridge the gap between operational tasks and technical implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical support to internal teams and external partners.
• Manage system administrative tasks, including user provisioning and device configuration.
• Design, test, and maintain API integrations with client systems.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Document procedures and contribute to knowledge‑base resources.

• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a proactive, self‑driven attitude.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and non‑technical.
• Empathetic and service‑oriented toward colleagues.

Required skills

• Knowledge of APIs and how the internet works.
• Experience with Apple ecosystem devices (macOS, iOS) – a plus.
• Familiarity with software development concepts and debugging techniques.
• Basic system administration abilities.
