IT Agile Project Manager (Remote, 12+ month contract)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Agile Project Manager to lead SaaS‑based HRMS projects for public‑sector clients. The role is fully remote and spans a 12‑month contract, focusing on end‑to‑end delivery, advanced reporting, and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile software development projects using Scrum, SAFe or hybrid methods.
• Manage cross‑functional teams across product, engineering, QA and UX.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives and sprint reviews.
• Own and optimise Jira dashboards, workflows and custom reports.
• Build executive‑level BI reports (Power BI, Tableau, EazyBI, Jira Advanced Roadmaps) to showcase status, KPIs and forecasts.
• Integrate reporting across Jira, Confluence and third‑party BI platforms.
• Establish reporting standards and monitor project performance, risks and resource utilisation.
• Champion continuous improvement in delivery and reporting accuracy.

Required profile

• 10+ years of IT project management experience with a strong Agile focus.
• Proven ability to lead remote, multi‑disciplinary teams in fast‑paced SaaS environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
