Data Review Technician

About the role

Flyscan Systems Inc. is seeking a Data Review Technician to work remotely from anywhere in Canada. The position is ideal for early‑career professionals who are meticulous, organized, and comfortable working independently while delivering time‑critical safety insights.

Key responsibilities

• Review thousands of algorithm‑generated leak and threat detection events daily and produce clear, actionable reports for clients.
• Classify detections using context and characteristics from hyperspectral and visual imagery.
• Resolve ambiguous cases by applying established quality‑assurance methodologies.
• Log and track product stability issues and propose enhancements to improve QA performance.
• Communicate with the Leak Detection Operations Coordinator and other team members to address blockers and ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, or a related field (experience is a plus, not mandatory).
• Strong attention to detail and spatial‑reasoning abilities.
• Ability to maintain high quality output on repetitive tasks.
• Highly independent, able to meet strict deadlines in a flexible remote environment.
