About the Position
Join a rapidly growing, full-service supply chain and logistics provider based in British Columbia. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our expansion by driving new business opportunities across Canada from our Surrey, BC office.
Main Missions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients throughout Canada.
- Prospect and qualify new leads through proactive outreach and cold calling.
- Manage and nurture existing accounts to ensure long-term loyalty and increase net revenue.
- Collaborate closely with functional teams, sales, and operations to guarantee client success.
- Utilize a multi-channel approach (phone, email, and creative methods) for business development.
- Maintain accurate information within the CRM and provide precise monthly and quarterly forecasts.
- Consistently meet and exceed established sales targets and KPIs.
Profile Required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound inside sales (phone-based).
- Proven track record in business development and new account acquisition.
- Strong expertise in account management and building lasting client relationships.
- Solid understanding of the sales process and pipeline/funnel management.
- Post-secondary or university degree is preferred.
- Experience in logistics and supply chain sales is a significant asset.
Required Skills
- Advanced prospecting and cold calling techniques.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and professional presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM management and sales forecasting.
- Strategic multi-channel outreach (Email, Phone, Social Selling).
