Infrastructure & Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Systems Administrator to design, deploy and manage our hybrid on‑premises and cloud environment, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure. You will ensure performance, security and reliability while supporting business growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage server infrastructure on‑premises and in Azure (VMs, networking, storage, Azure AD, backups).
• Monitor system performance, availability, security and reliability of servers and cloud services.
• Manage user access and identity across Active Directory, Azure AD and hybrid setups.
• Implement backup, disaster‑recovery, patching and update processes.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for incidents, VM provisioning, server configuration and troubleshooting.
• Work within security and compliance frameworks (CIS Controls, ISO 27001) using tools such as GLPI, Zabbix, Wazuh and NetFlow.
• Collaborate with development, operations and support teams to integrate cloud infrastructure with applications.
• Document architecture, configurations, procedures and runbooks.
• Propose improvements for performance, cost‑efficiency, scalability and resilience.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including hybrid on‑premises/cloud setups.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux administration, virtualization and identity management.
• Good understanding of networking concepts (firewalls, VPN, subnets, security groups, cloud networking).
• Familiarity with backup/disaster‑recovery, monitoring, logging and security best practices.
• Excellent communication, independent work style and strong documentation practices.
