Industrial Painter (Plural Component Spraying)

About the role

Sideworx Connect is seeking skilled Industrial Painters with experience in plural component spraying to join its roster of employees and independent contractors for short‑term and seasonal projects.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect and prepare parts for coating.
• Apply coatings evenly on parts according to Work Order specifications using the company’s patented coating systems.
• Maintain workspace, equipment, and facility cleanliness.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Comply with all safety regulations, policies, and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience applying spray coating in a manufacturing setting.
• Certified in Standard First Aid & CPR, CH2S Alive, Fall Protection, Confined Space, Common Safety Orientation, TDG, WHMIS.
• Ability to travel and work 12‑hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lb and perform demanding tasks.
